Description: Small administrative building built for the ESCO Corporation, adjacent to its foundry in industrial Northwest Portland. The building was ZGF partner Bob Frasca’s first built project in Portland. The building has an H-shaped plan, with a large landscaped courtyard facing NW Vaughn Street. A smaller courtyard is located at the rear of the building, facing the interior of the block.
