The mission of Docomomo US/Oregon is to build awareness and understanding of Oregon’s modern heritage through documentation, research, advocacy, and educational events.
As we look ahead to the future of Oregon’s modern heritage we have identified three goals for this organization:
- Create an accessible reference site of Oregon’s Modern resources.
- Provide a variety of educational opportunities that appeal to a broad audience and create fundraising revenue.
- Support the preservation of resources via documentation, inventory and engagement with governments and the public.
